  • Selected complete bike builds are delivered in a more premium, rider-friendly way - direct to your door, ready to ride.

Boxed items

Accessories, components and other standard boxed products are delivered using DPD. You will receive delivery updates and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Complete bikes, delivered properly

Complete builds are delivered through our white glove delivery partner rather than being stripped down into a standard bike box. The bike is assembled in house, a separate QC / PDI check is completed, a further handover check is carried out by the delivery team, and the bike is delivered direct to your door, ready to ride.

Why this matters

It removes the hassle for you. No part reassembly. No wrestling with a giant cardboard box. No piles of packaging to dispose of. It also preserves the integrity of the build and PDI process.

Tracking and updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking or delivery updates where relevant. For complete bike deliveries, we may also contact you directly to coordinate a suitable delivery window.

  • Will I need to assemble my bike? Not for ready-to-ride complete build deliveries.
  • Will my boxed order be tracked? Yes, tracking will be provided where applicable.
  • Can I choose a delivery date? For some complete-bike deliveries, a delivery window may be agreed in advance.


Returns

If you need to return something, we want the process to feel straightforward. This page explains the basics of how Fuvelo handles returns and what to do next.

All returns, fault reports and warranty claims must be authorised by Fuvelo before any item is sent back to us. To request support, please email support@fuvelo.com with your name, address, order number, the item affected and the reason for your request.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or you believe it may be covered under warranty, please include a clear description of the issue, when it started, how it happened, and any helpful photo or video evidence.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will confirm the next step. This may include return instructions, remote troubleshooting, inspection, approved collection, adjustment, repair, replacement parts, a replacement item, warranty support or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please do not send items back without authorisation, as unauthorised returns may be delayed, refused or returned to you. For complete bikes, white-glove deliveries and custom builds, Fuvelo will confirm the most appropriate process, which may include specialist collection or inspection by Fuvelo or an approved partner.

Returns at a glanceDetails
Standard returnsEligible standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in resaleable condition. All returns must be approved by Fuvelo before being sent back.
Return conditionPlease return items with all original packaging, manuals, chargers, accessories, small parts and supplied documentation.
Change of mindFor change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage or collection costs. Returns must be approved by Fuvelo before being sent back.
Faults, damage or incorrect itemsPlease contact Fuvelo first. We will assess the issue and arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include adjustment, repair, replacement, collection or refund.
Complete bikesComplete bikes and white-glove deliveries must be returned through Fuvelo or an approved delivery partner. Please do not re-box or courier a complete bike without our agreementthe customer is responsible for collection costs.
Custom buildsCustom, curated or made-to-order builds will not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once the build has started, unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
RefundsRefunds are processed after inspection. We will reduce the refund to cover collection costs, if the item is used, damaged, incomplete, altered or not returned in resaleable condition.
